Terms & Conditions for participation in the “AW-UE100 Price Discount Promotion” for professional end users.

1. The Promoter

The “AW-UE100 Price Discount Promotion” (the “Promotion”) is promoted by Panasonic Connect Europe GmbH, Hagenauer Str. 43, 65203, Wiesbaden, Germany (the “Promoter”). (Registration number HRB 32599, Amtsgericht Wiesbaden/local court, Wiesbaden, Germany.)

2. Promotion Period

Promotion Period: From and including January 1^st, 2023 to March 31^st, 2023

3. Conditions of Participation

3.1. Buy an AW-UE100KEJ8 or AW-UE100WEJ8 (“Qualifying Product”) from any of our participating partners and our participating partner will reward you with an immediate price discount of 1.000,00€ (VAT or local sales tax excluded).

3.2 The Promotion is applicable to professional end users (“the Participants”) whose place of business is in United Kingdom, Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Malta, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Republic of North Macedonia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Andorra, Greece, Finland and Bulgaria (the “Participating Countries”). The purchasers must be aged 18 years or over.

3.3. In order to be eligible for the Promotion, Participants must purchase new and genuine (i. e. not second hand, not refurbished or reconditioned, not imported from outside the Participating Countries, or not such Qualifying Products which are counterfeit or infringe the intellectual property rights of the Promoter´s group of Companies in any way) Qualifying Products from a participating Panasonic partner, reseller or dealer, which has been supplied by the Promoter, during the Promotion Period. Claims relating to Qualifying Products purchased before or after the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.

3.4 This Promotion is not open to the Promoter´s partners, resellers and dealers. 

3.5 In order to be eligible for this Promotion, the Participant consents that its partner, dealer or reseller, where the Participant bought the Qualifying Product, transmits a copy of its invoice or any evidencing document to the Promoter via email to the appropriate Panasonic contact.

3.6 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend or exclude Participants from the Promotion and withhold and reclaim the Price Discount for good cause, if

1. a) the Participant violates applicable law or these Terms & Conditions.
2. b) the Participant provides false or misleading information in connection with participation in the Promotion.

3.7 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid or repetitive claims including, without limitation, to require the Participant to prove that it did not return the Qualifying Product within the period of 28 days from the date of purchase. Claims for returned Qualifying Products, bad faith or fraudulent claims will be invalidated.

3.8 The Promoter shall be entitled to commission an agency or contractor to carry out all or part of the Promotion process on its behalf.

4. Claim Process

4.1 The partner, dealer or reseller will provide the Price Discount to the Participant at the same time when the Participant purchases the Qualifying Products. Claims for Price Discount made by fax, telephone, email or post will not be accepted.

5. Taxes and Social Charges

5.1 The provision of the Price Discount may be treated as taxable income (either direct taxation or otherwise) and may be considered direct compensation for the purposes of taxation, national insurance or social security contributions (or equivalent taxes or social charges applicable under local law).

5.2 Participants and/or their employees are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial taxes, social security, national insurance contributions, social charge or other taxes (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) that may be incurred as a result of receiving the Price Discount under the Promotion.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Any personal information supplied by the Participant will be used by the Promoter, its partners, dealers and resellers as well as the Promoter´s contractors solely for the purpose of this Promotion and will be processed in accordance with all relevant Data Protection legislation and regulations. 7. General Conditions

7.1. The Price Discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable and there is no credit, cash or product alternative will be offered.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend and modify these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion and to terminate, suspend, amend, modify, revoke or cancel the Promotion, in whole or in part, for any reason at any time without prior notice.

7.3 This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7.4 By participating in this Promotion, Participants accept these Terms & Conditions.

7.5 These Terms & Conditions are governed by German law. The courts of Hamburg, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claims arising out of this Promotion.

7.6 Should one or more provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become wholly or partly ineffective this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The wholly or partly ineffective provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that best meets the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
